ISMSKF adheres to the highest standards in assuring its customers’ privacy. All information, including buyers’ accounts, transactions, and all correspondence, are handled with the utmost discretion. The only personal information collected by ISMSKF is information which is submitted to us voluntarily and knowingly.
For example, when you simply browse ISMSKF’s website, no personal information is being collected by ISMSKF. We do not utilize “Cookies”. The “Information Request Form” requires that you provide certain personal information. The Student / Visitor, the parent, or legal guardian on behalf of the Student / Visitor, acknowledges and is fully cognizant of all the inherent dangers in connection with the execution of Karate and acknowledges that the execution of Karate requires physical exertion and contact, and realizes that there is a risk of physical injury which may be incurred while engaged in this activity. It is further expressly agreed that all exercises and training, and all use of the facilities and conditions shall be undertaken at the Student’s / Visitor’s sole risk and that the ISMSKF and it’s directors, shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, whatsoever, to student or property arising out of or connected with the use of any claims, demands, and facilities or the premises where the same are located, and the Student / Visitor does hereby expressly forever release and discharge the ISMSKF from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of such company, corporation, federation, club, it’s servants, students, teachers, agents, or employees. It is also expressly understood that purchase and use of personal protection equipment / wear is mandatory during participation in karate training.

Media
